This 7-day Fitness Retreat with Evans Performance in Bali is designed to strengthen your body, shapen your mind and build unbreakable confidence in yourself.






During this retreat we are offering you two exclusive workshops that are going to help you learn how to be more effiecent in your workouts and nutrition hacks for your busy lifestyle that will keep you fit, healthy and won’t require you to spend hours in the kitchen. 


You will learn time-efficient warm-ups protocols, safe compound lifting techniques, effective strength and muscle-building strategies, and streamlined fat-burning methods without spending hours on the gym floor. Become strong, fit, mobile, and prepared for the unknown. We’ll also dive into various recovery methods, pre post and intra workout preparation techniques, proper hydration, nutrition for recovery, and the importance of rest and sleep. You’ll learn how to integrate these strategies into your routine to not only speed up your recovery process but also to improve your performance and overall well-being.

During this retreat, all your daily training and workshops will be held in an exclusive state-of-the art gym onsite, away from any distractions to give you maximum focus. 


Nutrition Hacks for Busy Men

This is an in-depth workshop designed to empower busy men with strategies for optimizing nutrition and fueling performance in the midst of a demanding schedule. Participants will explore practical and time-efficient approaches to meal planning, discovering hacks that enhance energy levels, mental focus, and overall well-being. This early morning adventure begins under the starlit sky as you embark on a guided journey to the summit of Mount Batur, an active volcano located in the heart of the island. As you ascend, the path illuminated only by your flashlight and the twinkling stars, you’ll feel the anticipation building for the day’s first light.



After the exhilarating ascent of Mount Batur, continue your adventure by exploring the enchanting Kintamani waterfalls, a hidden treasure nestled within the lush landscapes of Bali.

These cascading natural wonders offer a serene and refreshing counterpoint to the morning’s trek. As you venture through the verdant jungles and terraced rice paddies of the Kintamani region, the soothing sounds of falling water guide you to these secluded spots. The cool, clear waters invite you to take a refreshing plunge, offering the perfect remedy to soothe your muscles after the morning’s climb.



One of the highlights of the retreat is a recovery session at The Istana in Uluwatu, Bali, an oasis of tranquility perched atop stunning limestone cliffs, offering unparalleled views of the Indian Ocean. This luxurious sanctuary is the perfect setting for recovery and relaxation after an active day. As the sun begins its descent, casting a warm, golden light over the landscape, the Istana transforms into a magical viewpoint for one of Bali’s most spectacular sunsets.


You will begin each day of your Bali retreat with a tranquil beach walk, setting the tone for calm and centered mindfulness ahead of your training. This option is best suited for parties of 2, or individuals who want a bit more space and some company.

The shared suite room is spacious, has two king sized beds and a private bathroom with luxury tub.

King Suite


The name says it all so this room is for individuals who want their own privacy and to be in their own space. This king suite has a private paito with a pristine view of a rice field, a king sized bed and luxury bathroom with shower and tub.
